Born on 27th July, 1979, Sri Abhishek Jhunjhunwala, the Director of A R Overseas Tradecom Pvt. Ltd. And Arshia Global Tradecom Pvt. Ltd, hails from a respectable Kolkata based business family.
After completion of his studies, in the year 1998 Sri Jhunjhunwala started his business of Trading in Textile Fabrics. He later diversified his business into Import / Trading of Fabric, in addition to Services business of Customs Clearance, International Trade Consultancy. The Group companies under his management are Arshia Global Tradecom Pvt. Ltd. , A R Overseas Tradecom Pvt. Ltd. & Vinayak Overseas.
He has vast experience of over 20 years in the line of business and actively looks after the affairs of the entire Group.

Born on 7th March, 1981, Mrs. Reema Jhunjhunwala (Bhawsingka), director of A R Overseas Tradecom Pvt. Ltd. and Arshia Global Tradecom Pvt. Ltd. also hails from a respectable business family based at Kolkata. Smt. Jhunjhunwala, in the year 2005, established the proprietorship firm of M/s. A R Overseas as her maiden venture. The firm used to initially procure Textile Fabrics from various upcountry mills mainly in Western India and supply the same to various dealers in Eastern India. With an aim to further expand its activities the firm later began dealing and importing these fabrics from foreign mills.
The firm was later converted into a Private Limited Company by the name of A R Overseas Tradecom Pvt. Ltd. and has been able to successfully achieve a dominant position in the industry.
Smt. Jhunjhunwala is the spouse of Sri Abhishek Jhunjhunwala and actively overlooks the designing and marketing efforts for the Fabric Business of the Company.
